- Leading and developing production processes within the factory to ensure the highest levels of operational efficiency and quality, in line with the company's strategies and global industry standards.

- Develop and execute production strategies and operational plans to meet business targets.

- Oversee all manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence methodologies.

- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

- Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards (e.g., ISO/TS).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (warehousing , production, , Planning) to ensure smooth operations.

- Lead, mentor, and develop production teams to foster a high-performance culture.

Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

·  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related field).

·  Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing, 

·  Strong background in the automotive industry or related sectors.

·  Solid knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices.

·  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

·  Excellent leadership and communication skills.

·  Proficiency in English and computer applications.
