Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and creative LinkedIn Marketer Assistant to support our efforts in expanding our LinkedIn presence and increasing our follower base. In this role, you will help execute growth strategies, create engaging content, and optimize our LinkedIn activities to drive brand awareness. This is a fully remote opportunity offering a flexible work environment and performance-based commission incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of LinkedIn marketing campaigns to grow followers and engagement.

• Create content (posts, articles, visuals) tailored to LinkedIn audiences.

• Monitor LinkedIn analytics to track growth and suggest improvements.

• Conduct research on industry trends, hashtags, and best practices for LinkedIn marketing.

• Update data to keep operations smoothly 

• Help identify and engage with potential followers, prospects, and communities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align LinkedIn activities with broader marketing goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• Experiences with blog writing and content creation. 

• Experiences with excel and understanding of some basic formulas. 

• Conversational level of Japanese proficiency. 

• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently in a remote, flexible environment.

• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and experiment.

• Previous experience in social media marketing is a plus.
