• Supervise and manage all architectural finishing works on site.

• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications before execution.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

• Inspect and approve finishing materials and mock-ups prior to installation.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

• Monitor project schedules, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.

• Conduct quantity take-offs and review subcontractors' work progress and payment claims.

• Resolve technical and site-related issues in coordination with the Project Manager and design team.

• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.

• Coordinate with Civil, MEP, and other disciplines to avoid conflicts and ensure proper execution.

• Manage snagging and de-snagging activities and ensure successful project handover.

• Attend site meetings and maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in architectural site supervision, with extensive experience in finishing works.

Strong knowledge of finishing materials, installation methods, and quality control procedures.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Revit

Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and work effectively under pressure.
