· Perform instrumental analysis of semi-finished, in-process, and finished products using UV phototypesetter, melting point device, viscometer, conduct meter, pH meter, analytical balance, ovens, centrifuge, sieve analyser, ion-selective electrodes, and related equipment.
· Calibrate laboratory instruments in accordance with approved work instructions to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
· Prepare reagents for analysis in accordance with pharmacopoeia standards.
· Conduct analysis of per-filling products as per the approved Per-Filling SOP.
· Perform water analysis for all washing machines to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
· Ensure strict adherence to HSE regulations during all laboratory activities.
Requirements
Education: B.Sc. in Science or Pharmacy.
Years of experience: 0-2 years of experience within the area of Cosmetics /Pharmaceutical QC dept.
Computer skills: Good Computer skills proficiency.
Language skills: V. good English Language.
· إجراء التحليل الآلي للمنتجات نصف المصنَّعة، أثناء المعالجة، والمنتجات النهائية باستخدام جهاز طباعة فوتوغرافي بالأشعة فوق البنفسجية، جهاز نقطة الانصهار، مقياس viscosimeter، جهاز Conduct، مقياس pH، ميزان تحليلي، أفران، جهاز الطرد المركزي، جهاز تحليل الغربال، أقطاب اختيارية للأيونات، والمعدات ذات الصلة.
· معايرة أجهزة المختبر وفق تعليمات العمل المعتمدة لضمان الدقة والامتثال لمعايير الجودة.
· تجهيز المذيبات للتحليل وفقاً لمعايير الدستور الصيدلاني.
· إجراء تحليل المنتجات قبل التعبئة وفق SOP المعتمدة للما قبل التعبئة.
· إجراء تحليل الماء لجميع آلات الغسيل لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الجودة.
· التأكد من الالتزام الصارم بلوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة خلال جميع أنشطة المختبر.
المتطلبات
التعليم: درجة بكالوريوس في العلوم أو الصيدلة.
سنوات الخبرة: 0-2 سنوات خبرة ضمن مجال قسم مراقبة الجودة في مستحضرات التجميل/الصيدلة.
مهارات الكمبيوتر: كفاءة جيدة في الكمبيوتر.
مهارات اللغة: الإنجليزية ممتازة جدًا.
