• An outline of the team: You will be part of a collaborative and dynamic data science team that works closely with data engineers, project managers, and business stakeholders both internally and externally. • Who the position reports to: This position reports to the Data Science Team Manager. 

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate 

Non-negotiable qualifications: 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science or analytics. 

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL. 

• Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning techniques. 

• Proficiency in advanced deep learning algorithms and GenAI 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Data Analysis and Modeling:Perform complex data analysis and build predictive models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques. 

• Project Leadership:Lead data science projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. 

• Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions. 

• Data Exploration:Explore large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement. 

• Model Deployment:Implement and maintain machine learning models in production environments, ensuring scalability and performance. 

• Mentorship:Mentor junior data scientists and provide guidance on best practices and methodologies. 

• Communication:Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex data into actionable recommendations. 

• Continuous Improvement:Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning and apply new techniques to improve existing processes.
