Role Description The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficient workflows across inventory, order fulfillment, and customer service. This full-time, on-site role is based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid and involves coordinating with sales and marketing teams, managing stock levels, tracking orders, and optimizing store and back-office processes. The person in this role will implement operational policies, monitor performance metrics, and address operational issues to maintain high service standards. Responsibilities also include supervising operational staff, liaising with suppliers, supporting process improvements, and ensuring that the company’s artistic brand standards are consistently reflected in daily operations.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong operations management skills, including process optimization, workflow coordination, and performance monitoring. Candidates should possess experience in inventory and supply chain management, including stock control, vendor coordination, and order tracking. Candidates should possess team leadership capabilities, including staff supervision, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates should possess solid analytical and organizational skills, including data-driven decision-making and attention to detail. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Experience in retail, fashion, or jewelry operations is beneficial, along with familiarity with POS systems and basic business software (e.g., spreadsheets, ERP tools). A bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid and maintain reliable time management and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
