Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Ceramic & Bathroom Design Specialist to develop innovative design concepts for ceramic, porcelain, sanitary ware, and bathroom spaces. The ideal candidate will create inspiring layouts and realistic visualizations that showcase products in attractive, functional environments, helping customers visualize complete design solutions while supporting the showroom's sales objectives.
Qualifications Strong skills in ceramic and porcelain design, including pattern development, color coordination, and surface finishing concepts. Proficiency in design and drafting software (such as Auto CAD, Revit, or similar tools) for preparing detailed layouts and shop drawings. Knowledge of material properties, installation methods, and technical standards related to ceramic and porcelain applications. Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and site supervisors. Attention to detail in both aesthetic and technical aspects, with the ability to translate design concepts into buildable solutions. Relevant education in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field; prior experience in finishes or tiling design is preferred. Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines on site. Good communication skills and the ability to present design ideas and material options clearly to stakeholders.
