Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Graphic Designer & Motion Designer role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The role involves conceptualizing and designing visual assets for digital and print platforms, including brand identities, marketing campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials. The Senior Designer will create motion graphics and animations for video content, presentations, and product launches, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives. Responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and product teams, developing design concepts from brief to final delivery, managing multiple projects, and mentoring junior designers. The role also requires maintaining high-quality design standards, staying updated on design and motion trends, and contributing creative ideas to enhance the company’s visual communication.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a demonstrated ability to develop compelling visual concepts and layouts. Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain cohesive brand identities across platforms. Solid understanding of Typography and its application in digital and print materials for clear, engaging communication. Advanced skills in industry-standard design and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar). Proven experience in motion design, including storyboarding, animating, and delivering high-quality video and motion assets. Relevant professional experience as a senior designer in digital solutions, media, or related industries; a portfolio showcasing both static and motion work is required. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Strong collaboration, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and provide creative leadership.
