Role Description
The Sales Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 2nd 6 October.
This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, building long-term relationships, and driving sales of advanced engineering products. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, preparing and presenting proposals, and negotiating pricing and contracts within company guidelines. The Sales Account Manager will coordinate closely with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate product specifications, timely delivery, and effective after-sales support. The role also involves monitoring customer satisfaction, resolving service issues, maintaining accurate sales records in CRM systems, and providing regular forecasts and reports to management.
Qualifications

Previous sales experience in engineering, industrial products, or technical solutions is preferred. Strong customer-focused skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships. Proficiency in Account Management, including managing pipelines, tracking opportunities, and ensuring retention and growth of key accounts. Experience in Lead Generation and business development, with a track record of identifying and converting new sales opportunities. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client meetings, presentations, and internal coordination. Ability to interpret technical information and collaborate effectively with engineering or operations teams. Comfort using CRM and productivity tools for reporting, planning, and documentation. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and time management abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
