Job Responsibilities:
·           ensures daily operational processes are completed according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
·           Supervises the execution of daily operations in accordance with unified work procedures (SOPs).
·           Monitors receiving, issuing, and storage operations and ensures accuracy.
·           Addresses any deviations or operational issues and devises solutions to prevent recurrence.
·           Performs daily/random stock taking and informs the manager of any variances found.
·           Ensures new products are stored correctly and with optimal space utilization.
·           Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reports.
·           Monitors attendance and leaves and submits reports to management.
·           Holds a daily meeting with the team to discuss challenges and solutions.
·           Ensures accuracy of driver documents and compliance of shipments.
·           Complies with and enforces quality, safety, occupational health standards, and 5S.
·           Monitors team adherence to rules and operating procedures.
