Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily factory operations to ensure production targets are achieved.

• Develop and implement production plans to maximise efficiency and productivity.

• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.

• Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance performance and minimize waste.

• Manage production, maintenance, quality, warehouse, and logistics teams.

• Monitor production KPIs and prepare operational performance reports.

• Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure machine availability through preventive maintenance planning.

• Control production costs and improve operational efficiency.

• Maintain inventory accuracy and production material availability.

• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the factory.
