Required skills:
Leadership in maintenance and reliability
Providing strategic guidance and leadership for the Maintenance and Reliability function in line with factory and business goals.
Develop and implement and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs for mechanical systems.
Achieve high levels of equipment reliability and increase operational readiness.
Bear responsibility for MTBF and MTTR performance indicators.
Proactively identify potential mechanical problems and work to address them.
Improve maintenance costs and allocate resources efficiently.
         Adherence to the goals of the Food Safety, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment program
         Send a report to the head of the Food Safety team regarding any food safety issue.
Spare parts management
Maintenance spare parts inventory management and ensuring optimal stock levels and reducing costs.
Leadership and development of the team and safety
Lead and develop a team of technicians to ensure their efficiency and ongoing motivation.
Prepare maintenance cost and performance reports and evaluate technicians
Enhance safety culture and ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
Technical support and problem solving
Provide technical support to resolve complex mechanical faults.
Provide technical guidance and training to the team.
Provide appropriate trainings for technicians to raise their efficiency and improve maintenance and production performance
Ensure design and installation operations align with best practices and engineering standards.
Documents and compliance
Maintain up-to-date and accurate documents, plans and drawings of mechanical systems.
Ensure maintenance records, repair and inspection reports are updated.
Compliance with company standards and preventive maintenance PM plans.
Interdepartmental collaboration
Work closely with:
Maintenance M&R team for operational support
Production to improve performance and processes
Safety team to investigate incidents and prevent recurrence
Excellent leadership and analytical skills.
- Good level in English speaking and writing.
- Ability to use specialized engineering drawing software
- Physical fitness and ability to move to quickly relocate to follow and review implementation work.
- Effective communication skills.
- Self-learning and continuous learning.
  Night shifts may vary.
- Commuting coverage to Alexandria and Beheira governorates.
