Role Description The Commercial Director – Real Estate Development will lead commercial strategy and business development activities for real estate projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 2nd 6 October, responsible for overseeing commercial management across the project lifecycle, including feasibility studies, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations. The role involves developing and executing business plans, managing sales pipelines, and building strong relationships with investors, partners, and key stakeholders. The Commercial Director will collaborate closely with project management, finance, and operations teams to optimize project profitability and risk management. Daily tasks include leading commercial and sales teams, monitoring market trends, reviewing performance against KPIs, and reporting on commercial outcomes to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills for market analysis, financial modeling, and feasibility assessments in real estate development. Demonstrated Business Planning experience, including strategy development, budgeting, and revenue forecasting for complex projects. Proven Commercial Management background in real estate development, covering pricing, contracts, negotiations, and stakeholder management. Effective Team Management capabilities, including leading cross-functional teams, coaching, and performance oversight. Solid Sales expertise in real estate or related sectors, with a track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets. Experience in real estate development and project management, ideally within the Egyptian market or similar regional context. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage. Strong understanding of commercial contracts, risk management, and compliance relevant to real estate projects. Ability to work on-site in Qesm 2nd 6 October and adapt to a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
