Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute comprehensive quality control inspections and tests for all wiring devices, ensuring adherence to design specifications and industry standards.
• Develop and implement robust QC procedures and methodologies to optimize product quality and minimize defects.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues using advanced problem-solving techniques.
• Conduct thorough root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain and update detailed documentation of QC activities, test results, and quality metrics.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, equipment, and product designs to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
