:Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily security operations and ensure proper coverage across all company locations.
• Monitor the performance of security supervisors and officers, organize shifts, and assign duties efficiently.
• Review security reports and incidents and take the necessary corrective actions.
• Ensure the implementation of security policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Contribute to the protection of company assets, facilities, and employees from potential risks.
• Coordinate with external security authorities and relevant parties when required.
• Train, guide, and develop security personnel to enhance operational efficiency and discipline.
• Ensure compliance with safety and emergency procedures across all sites.
• Handle emergencies and crisis situations professionally and effectively.
• Prepare periodic security reports and submit them to the Security Manager.

:Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Industrial Security.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and field supervision skills.
• Good knowledge of security procedures and risk management practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
• Military or police background is preferred.
