We are hiring a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to support and ensure the reliability, efficiency, and continuous operation of production equipment within a leading FMCG manufacturing facility.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Supervise and support maintenance engineers and technicians.
• Plan, identify, and manage required spare parts for maintenance activities.
• Ensure availability of maintenance tools and proper storage of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve factory utility issues (Boilers, Chillers, Compressed Air Systems).
• Supervise maintenance activities for mechanical equipment and production machinery.
• Monitor and analyze technical reports for production lines.
• Track and improve equipment performance using KPIs, including MTTR & MTBF.
• Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives across production lines.
