Role Description This full-time, on-site Property Consultant role is based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Property Consultant will guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties, including conducting property viewings, explaining features and pricing, and responding to inquiries. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, preparing accurate listings and documentation, and following up with leads to build a strong client pipeline. The Property Consultant will collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, ensure a high standard of customer service, and represent Back Yard Realestate professionally during all client interactions. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to provide informed guidance on property options and market conditions. Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and maintain long-term client relationships. Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing techniques to meet or exceed performance targets. Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and the ability to work on-site in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. Basic proficiency with office software and real estate listing platforms; familiarity with local property regulations is an advantage. Previous experience in real estate, sales, or client-facing roles is preferred but not strictly required. Ability to work flexible hours when needed, including weekends, depending on client demands.
