???????????? ????????????????????????????????We are seeking a highly experienced and meticulous Senior Planning Engineer with a specialized background in Design Phase Planning to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and managing comprehensive project schedules during the engineering and design phases, ensuring seamless transition into execution.
???????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????Develop baseline schedules, critical path analyses, and resource loading profiles specifically tailored for complex engineering design phases.
Coordinate closely with multi-disciplinary design teams (Architectural, Structural, MEP) to define scope packages, interdependencies, and deliverables.
Monitor engineering progress, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions or recovery schedules to mitigate potential delays.
Prepare detailed progress reports, KPIs, and executive dashboards for senior management and clients.
Evaluate and manage extensions of time (EOT) claims and risk assessment registers related to the design scope.
???????????????????????????????????????????????????????? & ????????????????????????????????????????????????Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Postgraduate studies in Project Management are highly desirable.
????????????????????????????????????????: A minimum of 7–10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with a distinct focus on engineering design consultancy projects.
???????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????: Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced Excel. Strong understanding of BIM-4D integration is a plus.
????????????????????????????????????????????????: Exceptional analytical skills, sharp attention to detail, and professional communication skills in both Arabic and English.
