Location:10th of Ramadan City We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to support hiring across both blue-collar and white-collar roles. #Responsibilities:*Manage end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating)*Strong experience in recruitment operations, including requisition management, interview coordination, and candidate pipeline tracking.*Post vacancies, source candidates, and build qualified pipelines Conduct candidate assessments and support offer processes
#Requirements:*3–5 years of HR experience*HR certification(s) is a plus*Strong communication and recruitment sourcing skills*Ability to handle multiple hiring priorities efficiently*Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills when working with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.*Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build and refine standardized recruitment processes.
