We Are Hiring | OD & Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an experienced OD & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and support the company’s growth by driving recruitment activities and organizational development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
* Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.* Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through different recruitment channels.* Conduct HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.* Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.* Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and manpower status updates.* Enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
Organizational Development (OD):
* Participate in organizational structure development and job analysis activities.* Prepare and update Job Descriptions (JDs) and competency frameworks.* Support the implementation of Performance Management Systems and KPIs.* Assist in designing policies, procedures, and HR processes.* Conduct workforce planning and organizational gap analysis.* Monitor employee performance reports and recommend development initiatives.* Participate in employee engagement and culture development projects.* Prepare HR dashboards and analytical reports for management.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.* 2–5 years of experience in Organizational Development and Talent Acquisition.* Strong knowledge of Job Analysis, Job Descriptions, KPIs, and Performance Management.* Excellent interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.* Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.* HR Diploma or professional certifications are considered an advantage.* Experience in multi-sector organizations is preferred.
