Industry: Manufacturing A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Plant Operations Manager / Production Manager to lead the plant's operational and production activities and ensure the achievement of production targets with the highest levels of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage the daily operations of the plant. Achieve production plans and targets while complying with quality and safety standards. Lead work teams, develop performance, and improve productivity levels. Monitor performance indicators and enhance operational efficiency while reducing waste. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operational processes. Implement continuous improvement initiatives and develop the work environment. Develop policies to improve the company's cost, quality, and overall performance. Requirements:Relevant university degree (a Bachelor's degree in Engineering is not required). 10 to 12 years of experience maximum in the manufacturing industry. Previous experience as a Plant Operations Manager, Production Manager, or a similar leadership role. Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Preferred:Candidates who have progressed through manufacturing roles and reached leadership positions through practical experience and operational achievements, rather than necessarily through an engineering background.
