Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, and market research.
- Conduct needs analyses to understand client requirements and tailor product/service configurations accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales funnel, track activity and outcomes in the CRM system, and report on progress against targets.
- Collaborate with marketing to implement campaigns, attend industry events, and generate qualified leads.
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing in alignment with company guidelines; prepare formal proposals and contracts.
- Ensure a high level of post-sale satisfaction, coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to identify opportunities and risks.
- Support customers with timely responses, problem-solving, and escalation when necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/Bachelor of Science) required.
- Career level: Intern/Entry-level with a strong desire to develop a career in sales.
- Fluency in Arabic; proficient English communication is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, CRM software, and MS Office; willingness to learn new tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel locally as required by clients and opportunities.
