We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
Manage financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environment
Resolve customer complaints and address any operational issues promptly and efficiently
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menus, considering local tastes and trends
Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve skills and maintain service standards
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Russian is a plus
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse staff and clientele
Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Solid understanding of restaurant financials, budgeting, and cost control measures
Familiarity with food safety regulations and health code requirements
Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, effective decisions
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
