Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop BIM models, shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings for various projects across the Middle East region.
• Support project teams in BIM coordination, clash detection, drawing production, and design development activities.
• Participate in the preparation and updating of engineering drawings in accordance with project requirements, applicable standards, and client specifications.
• Assist technical teams in producing high-quality deliverables for airports, buildings, infrastructure, and other engineering projects.
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and construction teams to ensure drawing accuracy and constructability.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical drafting support when required.
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed by the Regional Technical Department.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling, drafting, or shop drawing production.
• Proven experience in airport projects, large-scale building projects, transportation infrastructure projects, or similar international projects is highly preferred.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.

BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (preferred)

Civil 3D, Tekla, or other BIM-related software (an advantage)

• Strong understanding of BIM processes, shop drawing preparation, construction detailing, and engineering coordination.
• Possession of relevant professional certifications related to BIM, CAD, or engineering drafting is preferred.
• Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and ability to work under pressure in a multinational environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel and work at project sites within the Middle East region as required by project needs.
• Age preferably below 45 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

l  Experience working on international EPC, Design-Build, or Contractor-led projects.

l  Familiarity with GCC and Middle East project standards and practices.

l  Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection.

l  Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight project deadlines.

l  Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
