Medical Coder – Australian & Saudi Coding Systems (Full Time)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Medical Coder to join our healthcare operations team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have strong inpatient coding experience using Australian and Saudi healthcare coding classifications and billing standards.

This role requires a highly accurate professional with solid knowledge of clinical documentation, coding compliance, healthcare terminology, and inpatient medical records review.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate inpatient medical coding using:
  • ICD-10-AM
  • ACHI
  • DRG
  • Saudi billing regulations and healthcare coding standards
• Review inpatient medical records and assign appropriate diagnosis and procedure codes
• Ensure coding accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
• Validate clinical documentation to support accurate coding and billing outcomes
• Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks within assigned timelines
• Collaborate with physicians, auditors, and healthcare operations teams to resolve coding queries
• Participate in internal audits, coding reviews, and quality assurance activities
• Prepare coding reports and maintain accurate documentation records
• Support revenue cycle and claims processes where required
