Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as onsite. this means the successful candidate to report to the GM office full time.
The Role:
Responsible for managing the administrative requirements of Chair and Managing Director as well as key Senior Executives. Duties include managing calendars, meeting schedules, staff meeting preparations, completing expense reports, travel plans and other administrative assignments.

Proficiency in Windows, including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent writing, editing and grammatical skills.
Ability to work with a broad range of people including executives, staff, visitors, etc.
Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
