Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, providing customer service, managing client relationships, and offering training on products and services. Daily tasks will include identifying sales opportunities, closing deals, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
The role also involves training new clients on the company's trading platforms and ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the products and services offered.
