- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other site engineers to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, documenting site activities and challenges.
- Ensure all finishing activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage site resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Conduct quality checks and snagging for completed finishing works, ensuring defects are rectified promptly.
- Liaise with project managers and clients to provide updates and address concerns related to finishing works.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.3-5 years of proven experience in site engineering with a focus on finishing works.Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and industry standards.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective team coordination.Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work on-site full-time and adapt to dynamic project environments.Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
