•Innovate and Implement the Youth segment plan related to Revenue development in order to achieve set targets.
•Analyze Performance trends and spot gaps and opportunities
•Assess market potential and prospects based on market dynamics

•Conduct in-depth analysis for customers' usage in order to enhance spending level to achieve target revenue.•Forecast revenues and identify gaps per service in order to recommend an action plan•Manage customers' tariffs movement and initiate campaigns aiming at proper tariff allocation in order to increase activity and revenues.•Monitor customer evolving communication needs and budget considerations through continuous analysis in order to provide research insights.•Find opportunities and initiate research requests in order to test newly designed concepts•Conduct pre-launch analysis to ensure that newly designed products will meet expected financial targets.•Plan, develop and launch new products, tariffs, promos or services based on research outcomes to meet different segments usage needs.•Ensure proper technical development for new products meeting requests requirement in order to maintain offering best customer experience.•Conduct post launch analysis to ensure that newly designed products met expected financial targets and take corrective actions.
