Process Optimization & Efficiency: Lead and manage daily production line operations for half-fried French fries, focusing on maximizing yield, minimizing waste, and continuously improving process efficiency (frying, blanching, and sorting stages).
Equipment Management & Maintenance: Monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure the optimal performance of specialized processing and freezing equipment (e.g., fryers, spiral freezers, conveyors). Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and oversee preventative maintenance activities.
Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, quality specifications (color, texture, size), and regulatory requirements throughout the production and freezing process to deliver high-quality, safe finished products.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret production data (e.g., downtime, throughput, OEE) to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions. Generate daily and weekly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
Team Leadership & Training: Provide technical guidance and support to production line operators. Develop and implement training programs focused on standard operating procedures (SOPs) for both existing and new equipment/processes.
