  • Maintain accurate stock records and ensure full alignment with the ERP system.
  • Perform monthly stock reconciliations and investigate variances.
  • Ensure compliance with Ministry of Health regulations and maintain full traceability (serials, batches, expiry).
  • Monitor expiry dates and prepare slow-moving/near-expiry reports.
  • Validate GRNs, DNs, returns, transfers, and stock adjustments.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure correct item data and costing.
  • Prepare inventory reports for valuation, movement, and aging.
  • Support internal/external audits and month-end closing.
  • Maintain and improve SOPs and internal controls related to inventory.
