As part of our expansion plan, we are looking for ambitious Sales Account Managers to join our growing sales unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing university and institutional clients.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Present software solutions to potential clients.
  • Work closely with technical, product, and implementation teams to ensure client needs are fully delivered.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, commercial offers, and sales presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit regular sales performance reports.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities within EdTech.
  • Participate in meetings, training sessions, exhibitions, and marketing events.
