  • Lead the development, implementation, and administration of all compensation and benefits programs, including base, variable pay, health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, and recognition programs.
  • Design and build a market-competitive salary structure, including job leveling, market pricing, and defining pay ranges to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Manage the annual compensation review cycle, including merit increase, bonus, and equity planning.
  • Conduct ongoing market analysis and benchmarking to ensure the company's total rewards offerings remain competitive and cost-effective.
  • Oversee the integration of compensation structures with the payroll system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless data flow.
  • Collaborate with HRIS and Finance to leverage technology for process improvement, reporting, and data integrity in rewards administration.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to model the financial impact of compensation programs, cost out various benefits scenarios, and prepare executive-level reports and presentations.
  • Deep knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and benefits program design.
