To Follow up design process across (Architecture, Interior, Landscape & Roads) Also Coordinating with (MEP, Infrastructure & Structural), ensuring high-quality deliverables, compliance with codes and standards, and full alignment with project schedules and stakeholder requirements. The role ensures seamless coordination between internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
Lead the architectural design process from concept development through construction documentation for diverse projects.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, consultants, and contractors, to ensure cohesive project delivery.
Oversee and review detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and material selections to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure adherence to architectural intent.
Mentor and guide junior architects and designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure all architectural work complies with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
Utilize advanced architectural software and tools to produce innovative and efficient design solutions.
