- Maintenance Engineers for the Orthopedic Factory (mechatronics + electronics/communication) The ideal candidates will ensure the reliability, maintenance, and smooth operation of all machinery within the factory, mainly CNC machines under PLC control
Key Responsibilities:-
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Troubleshoot CNC machines and related equipment (for candidates of the orthopedic plant).
- Troubleshoot plastic injection machines and related equipment ( for candidates of the syringe plant).
- Handle Siemens, Fanuc, and Allen-Bradley PLC control modules.
- Minimize downtime by coordinating with production teams.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and medical industrial standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and efficiency
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electronics & Communication Engineering.1–3 years of relevant experience in industrial or medical equipment maintenance.Proficient with CNC machines, plastic injection machines, and PLC control modules (Siemens, Fanuc, Allen-Bradley).Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Male candidates only, age not exceeding 30 years.Ability to work alone effectively and in a team.Advanced English level.Microsoft tools proficiency
