Receive and document weekly export orders from the logistics department, ensuring all conditions and requirements are met.
Coordinate with internal departments: Communicate with production, warehousing, purchasing, and the agricultural sector to develop the necessary operational plan that guarantees the availability of required products and their timely preparation for shipment.
Monitor the production process and refrigeration facilities to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and all standard procedures are followed.
Continuously monitor inventory levels to ensure the availability of all production supplies necessary for timely order fulfillment and coordinate with the warehouse and purchasing departments to guarantee their availability.
Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on export operations and weekly plans, assessing their timely achievement and explaining any shortcomings.
Follow up on periodic reports related to the agricultural sector, including pest control and prevention measures, and record and archive the data in designated locations.
Regularly follow up on the reports required from all departments related to operations and ensure that they are always documented on the company's server engine.
Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, delays, or quality issues.
