  • Implements the recruitment and selection policy.
  • Executes recruitment and selection process from screening, intervening, following up technical interviews, and candidates’ job offering within the approved budget and manning schedule.
  • Assists and updates Manpower Plans of the concerned company departments.
  • Develop and update recruitment tracking reports.
  • Assists in Developing and updating job profiles for all existing employees and all company future vacancies.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide related analysis.
  • Provides monthly manpower plan and recruitment reports.
  • Distribute the performance appraisal forms and ensure the collection is done before deadlines.
  • Preparing all required reports for all duties mentioned above.
  • Updates Business Cards and ID sheets.
  • Develop HR Letters to send to the Finance department.
  • Work on Medical Insurance (Additions – Deletions ). 
  • Follow up with Candidates the job offers. 
  • Follow up with all departments on the recruitment process. 
  • Conduct interviews.
