Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Performance Management Systems (PMS) and KPIs development & monitoring, with a solid understanding of the 9-Grid Talent Matrix. This role will play a critical part in driving organizational performance and supporting talent

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage the company’s performance management framework.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs aligned with business objectives.
  • Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
  • Utilize the 9-Grid Talent Matrix for employee assessment, development, and succession planning.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance organizational performance.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on performance management tools and practices.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to foster a performance-driven culture.
