Role summary :
The QSR sales manager will lead the QSR channel , managing key international and local restaurant chains. The role demands a professional leader with proven success in processed meat and poultry sales, strong account management skills, and a solid achievement record.
Key responsibilities:
· Lead and grow the QSR channel to achieve sales, profit, and business expansion .
· Manage and develop international and local QSR accounts.
· Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at customer side.
· Drive menu development and customized product solutions with R&D and Quality teams.
· Lead, coach, and motivate the QSR sales team.
· Negotiate pricing, contracts, and ensure profitability.
· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure service excellence.
