Role Overview
We’re hiring a Salesman in Cairo to grow revenue across wholesale, retail, and HORECA channels. The role focuses on route-to-market execution, account development, and flawless in-store fundamentals. High performers may be considered for relocation/transfer to Saudi Arabia (subject to eligibility and company policy).
What You’ll Do
Own a daily route/visit plan; prospect, qualify, and close new accounts.
Manage and grow existing customers: orders, upselling, cross-selling, and retention.
Negotiate pricing, discounts, and trade terms within guidelines; manage collections and resolve deductions.
Monitor competitors (pricing, assortment, activity) and recommend counter-actions.
Nice to Have
Experience selling to HORECA, modern trade, and key wholesalers/distributors.
Knowledge of importers/distributors of Asian food brands is a plus.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Dynamics) and order-to-cash flows.
