We are hiring a Performance Marketer / Media Buyer to manage digital advertising campaigns for alameen ERP, a leading ERP system serving businesses in the Middle East. This role is based in cairo Egypt (on-site/hybrid) and focuses on generating qualified B2B leads from the UAE market.
Your main objective is to generate 200–500 qualified leads per month using paid advertising campaigns on Google Search, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads. You will manage a monthly budget between $1,000 and $4,000 and create a complete lead generation funnel from ads to landing pages to CRM tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube targeting UAE.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis for ERP and B2B software.
- Set up and optimize campaigns to achieve target CPL and lead quality.
- Implement accurate tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Build and update landing pages (or coordinate with the design team).
- Create weekly reports, analyze data, and provide optimization recommendations.
- Develop retargeting funnels for warm audiences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and pipeline performance.
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, and messaging to improve results.
