Role Description
The Continuous Improvement Lead is a full-time, on-site position located in Al Gharbiyah, Egypt. The role involves identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies to improve processes, enhance productivity, and optimize resource utilization across the organization. Additional responsibilities include conducting performance analysis, creating streamlined workflows, and collaborating across teams to drive efficiency and achieve key business objectives. The Continuous Improvement Lead will champion a culture of operational excellence and ensure adherence to industry best practices and standards.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Continuous Improvement and Lean methodologies such as Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills Expertise in data analysis and process optimization, with a keen eye for identifying and reducing inefficiencies Exceptional communication, collaboration, and change management skills to inspire cross-functional teams Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or a similar industry is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field; certifications in Lean Six Sigma or similar are a strong advantage Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Proficiency in relevant software or tools for data analysis and project management
