Ticketing Agent

  • Process and issue airline tickets for domestic and international travel using global distribution systems (GDS).

  • Coordinate with travel consultants and other departments to deliver seamless travel solutions.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly ticketing reports for management review.
  • Assist in training new staff on ticketing procedures and GDS usage.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and airline partners.
