We are looking for a skilled Architect Engineer specialized in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to support architectural design and project delivery. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in BIM, creating and managing 3D models, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage BIM models for architectural projects in compliance with project standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate design data across disciplines.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform clash detection, coordination, and model optimization.
• Prepare 3D visualizations, drawings, and project documentation from BIM models.
• Support project teams in implementing BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Train and mentor junior staff on BIM processes and software tools.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in BIM for building projects.
• Strong proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related tools.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and project coordination processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
• Experience with large-scale residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
• Knowledge of 4D/5D BIM, quantity take-off, and construction sequencing.
• Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.
