Prepare, review, and update architectural drawings and technical documents using BIM tools.
Develop and maintain BIM models according to project requirements and standards.
Perform clash detection and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts.
Support the production of 3D visualizations, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
Assist in implementing BIM standards and best practices within the technical office.
Coordinate with site teams, architects, and consultants to address technical issues.
Contribute to quality control and maintain project documentation.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Office Engineer with BIM knowledge.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of architectural construction methods, detailing, and materials.
- Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with large-scale building projects (residential, commercial, or institutional).
- Familiarity with 4D/5D BIM, quantity take-off, and construction sequencing.
- Certification in BIM or related software is a plus.
