Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management:
- Handle AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), One-time repair jobs, and In-warranty contracts for CAC products (VRF, CCD, Single Package units, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with service agreements and customer expectations.
Planning & Monitoring: - Develop yearly, monthly, and daily work plans to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Monitor daily activities and track progress toward departmental targets.
Performance & Customer Satisfaction:
- Achieve service department goals and KPIs (e.g., response time, resolution rate).
- Manage customer requirements and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Oversight of Teams: - Supervise internal and external (ASCs – Authorized Service Centers) teams, ensuring accountability for service quality.
- Address issues and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
Qualifications:Technical background in HVAC/R or related fields.Experience in service contract management and team coordination.Strong analytical skills for planning and performance tracking.Work Environment:Field visits, office-based planning, and team coordination.
