4-6 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in technology-driven environments.Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements analysis, and workflow optimization.Demonstrated experience in digital transformation, process automation, or AI-powered solutions.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, UML, Agile frameworks).Strong documentation and presentation skills.Familiarity with secure systems, identity management, or smart city solutions is a plus.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
