Account Manager

  • Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams across marketing and web development to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Lead the marketing team, ensuring alignment with client goals and maintaining high levels of productivity and performance.
  • Develop account plans and strategies to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
  • Monitor account performance, analyze metrics, and prepare regular reports for clients and management.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and business reviews to communicate progress and value delivered.
  • Collaborate with project managers and creative teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide strategic insights to clients.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear communication.

2–4 years of proven experience in account management, client services, or a related field.Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects at the same time while staying organized and maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.Leadership skills to guide, motivate, and support your team to achieve their goals.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and technical departments.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize effectively.Comfortable analyzing data and turning it into actionable insights that add value to clients and the business.Results-driven mindset, focused on delivering great outcomes and maintaining client satisfaction.This is a full-time, on-site position based in Heliopolis.
