Sr. Recruitment & OD Specialist

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Design, execute, and monitor organizational development (OD) initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
  • Conduct job analysis and create detailed job descriptions to support recruitment and OD activities.
  • Facilitate orientation and onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of hiring and OD strategies.
  • Support the development and delivery of training programs aimed at improving workforce capabilities and organizational culture.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor market trends, best practices in recruitment, and OD methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards throughout the recruitment and OD processes.

Bachelor’s degree in related field.2-5 years of proven experience in recruitment and organizational development, preferably within the healthcare or service industry.Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing OD initiatives and employee engagement programs.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
