| Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing the accounting operations of the organization. He is responsible for ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded and reported in a timely and accurate manner according to company policies and procedures. |
- Financial Operations
- Review financial statements and ensure alignment with accounting standards.
- Prepare financial statements for internal and external reporting.
- Monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity and maintain a healthy financial position.
- Develop performance reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis.
- Lead external audits exercise during year end closing.
- Staffing & Development
- Manage and supervise the accounting team across all related functions.
- Ensure the team is properly staffed, trained, and equipped to meet organizational needs.
- Prepare succession plan and career path for team members.
- Business Partnering
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders (auditors, regulators, banks, legal advisors, suppliers, and customers).
- Foster effective collaboration with internal stakeholders, including cross-functional departments and senior management.
- Internal Controls
- Review financial records, contracts, and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and address weaknesses in accounting processes or procedures that could result in errors or misinterpretation
- Prepare and maintain updated policies, processes, and manuals.

Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.
